RASOCHIM AL/ NIVELAND 10R

RASOCHIM AL/NIVELAND 10R is a grey powder for internal use consisting of special cements with rapid hydration, with graded silica sand,resins and special additives. RASOCHIM AL/NIVELAND 10R can be used only indoor. RASOCHIM AL/NIVELAND 10R mixed with water becomes smooth, fluid and easy to apply wth high bonding strenght and fast-drying. It can be laid down up to 10 mm thicknesses onto cement subfloor, concrete, tiles, marble etc. RASOCHIM AL/NIVELAND 10R after drying has high compressive and flexural strength, no shrinkage, cracking or crazing. RASOCHIM AL/NIVELAND 10R is resistance to caster base chair. Stir again briefly for 2-3 minutes: the mixture is then ready. If thickness over 10 mm has to be obtained with one hand, add 30% of little gravel (granulometry 0-4 mm up to 25 mm of thickness; granulometry 0-8 mm over 25 mm of thickness). The quantity of RASOCHIM AL/NIVELAND 10R mixed every time must be the one necessary to be used in about 20 min (temp. +20°C). Check the humidity content with a carbide hygrometer. Application of the mixture : Pour the mixture on the surface properly prepared: apply a strong pressing with the American trowel to improve the adhesion on the surface and to asses the thickness. Imperfections made by the trowel will be eliminated automatically due to the self-levelling properties of the product. When a second coat is needed wait after the complete drying and when the product is walkable (about 2-3 hours at 20°C). Materials that can be glued onto floors levelled up with RASOCHIM AL/NIVELAND 10R Ceramics, natural stones, recomposed materials, wood (wood must be levelled with at least 4 mm thickness of product), textiles, rubber, PVC, linoleum (for a minimum thickness of 2-3 mm).
