OIL WAX PLUS is clear treatment for wooden floors based on natural oils and waxes. It gives a natural wood grain feel with very low wood warming to the woods treated. OIL WAX PLUS has to be applied to wooden floors that have been filled and sanded with 120 paper grit, then use high pro felt disc to make the surface absorbs the product evenly. Alternatevely, finish the floor with 150 paper grit. Apply OIL WAX PLUS on the floor working the product in order to help its penetration into the wood grain. After 10 minutes from the application, buff the surface using a buffing machine with a white pad and a cloth to remove the excess of oil and having an uniform and smooth effect. INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION Spraying machine or single head roller coater applicable, it must be sponged to even out the colour and permit deep product penetration. After 24 hours from the first application, it is possible to apply a second coat of OIL WAX PLUS. COLORED CYCLE: on the treated wooden floor with LIOS BIOIL COLORATO (see technical data sheet) it is possible to apply OIL WAX PLUS after 24 hours. Allow the floor at least 24 hours drying time before taking it into use, avoid foot traffik during this time. Maximum resistances are reached after about 15 days at standard temperature and humidity conditions (20°C and 65% H.R.) so before making any maintenance it is advisable to wait this time lapse. During this time, maintenance has to be done only with anti-dust cloths. The regular maintenance has to be done using LIOS range products (see technical data sheets); the intensive maintenance has to be done with WAX CARE (see technical data sheet); extraordinary maintenance has to be done with OIL WAX PLUS.
