ECORAPID is a single component water-based acrylicpolyurethane primerrecommended for the lacquering of wooden floors where it is request to finish the work in just a day. ECORAPID has excellent chemical and physical properties as high solid content, very fast drying and it will not stain the wood. ¤Characteristics: Mixture ratio single-component Application temperature +10°C ÷ +25°C Application 8 mm microfiber roller / brush Thinning (if necessary) DILUENTE DR H20 Coverage 80-120 g/m² Dust dry 10' (1) Fingerprint dry 15' (1) Sanding 30' (1) Wood oxidation low Pore filling good Storage stability 1 year (2) Packaging 5 L Tool cleaning DILUENTE DNH 40 (with fresh product) 1 at 20°C and 65% R.H. 2 in original sealed containers at temperatures between +10°C and +25°C ¤How to use: ECORAPID should be applied on wooden floors which have been filled, sanded (120/150 paper grit) and thoroughly vacuumed. After 30 minutes from the first application (20°C and 60% H.R.) it is possible to apply a second coat of ECORAPID. After one hour from the second application, previous sanding with 220 paper grit, it is possible to apply ECOSTAR, ECOSTAR 2K, ECOWOOD 2K or ECOTRAFFIK 2K (see relative technical data sheets). In case of different temperatures or overdosage of product, sanding can be over one hour. In presence of wood with tannin content, make some preliminary tests to verify the tannin reaction with waterbased products.
